FINAL SALE All sales are final. Hirae does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," "buyer’s remorse," or any reason other than those expressly stated below. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, you must notify us at hiraeshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier.
To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.
EXCHANGES & RESOLUTIONS Exchanges are only provided for defective or incorrect items at our sole discretion. Any item approved for an exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
SHIPPING & COSTS
Non-Refundable: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Except in cases of our error, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging items.
Risk of Loss: Hirae is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once transferred to the shipping carrier.
