Thank you for shopping at HIRAE. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
